While at SPIKA, Pooj overhauled the old Store Locator & Project Managed the Business Analysis, Scoping, Development & Roll out of the new version Globally for: Bacardi, Grey Goose Vodka, Martini, Dewar's Whiskey & Bombay Sapphire Gin.

Project Scoping

  • Discussions with the stakeholders at Bacardi regarding the goal of this project and ROI. Producing a detailed scope of the project with stakeholders and other parties involved.
  • Working to set budgets and time constraints.

Project Planning

  • Creating a project plan using various methodologies, timeline and roadmap.

Project Management & Stakeholder Management

  • Managing the project on a day-to-day basis to ensure that timelines, sprints and budgets are on target as per agreed spec.
  • Keeping stakeholders up-to-date with progress and any foreseen issues on the horizon and possible solutions.

Project Deployment

  • Ensuring that the new Store Locator meets the stakeholders requirements via figures QA and UAT phases.
  • Once sure, deploying the Store Locator out to various brand websites such as Bacardi, Martini, Dewar's, Bombay Sapphire and more.

Post-Deployment Support

  • Supporting each individual brand with the use of their new Store Locator, fixing any post-deployment bugs and ensuring the Store Locator is always kept up-to-date.

Executive Summary

  • Whilst at SPIKA, Pooj was involved in the maintenance of the old Store Locator that runs on all US versions of Barcardi-Martini Sites.
  • In 2018, it was decided that to a newer, sleeker and faster version of the Store Locator was required that would be far more flexible to their needs. Currently, the Store Locator can be found on:

  • Pooj oversaw the management of the old Store Locator from UX/UI updates per brand BVI to ensuring that the multiple versions of it per brand are kept up to date with the latest stock numbers per state in the US.
  • However, in 2018 it was decided that a newer version was required that was faster, up-to-date and more flexible to the brands needs. Pooj oversaw the scoping, business case and project planning through to project management and post-project roll-out to all US based brands for Bacardi-Martini.
